Hydraulic drive system with cantilever sling and 3000kg capacity

This is a freight lift with custom-sized car, entirely made of AISI-316/L stainless steel, ideal for environments subjected to frequent washing. The system has been equipped with retaining pins (or ‘safety toe-guards’) to guarantee precise locking during goods handling phases, allowing forklift access and concentrated loads in total safety.

This is a freight lift with an 8.85 meter deep car, designed for transporting logistic trains. It features a robust structure and custom dimensions to ensure workflow continuity and maximum efficiency on the production line.

This is a freight lift capable of combining functionality and aesthetics. The challenge was to make the best use of space to create a car suitable for transporting bulky furniture, while maintaining a refined design coherent with the surrounding environment. MRL roped system with 4:1 roping, gearless motor, with 5000kg capacity

This is a freight lift that vertically connects the grape receiving area, the fermentation department, and the aging zone, thereby improving efficiency between the various departments. This solution involved an electric drive with a gearless motor, ensuring energy efficiency and thus meeting the company’s productivity needs.

Two twin freight lifts with duplex control and gearless motor. The objective was to speed up and ensure continuous internal handling, to manage the loading and unloading of containers within tight timeframes.

This is a custom-made EN 81-31 goods-only lift for a renowned company that produces insulating panels for the construction industry.The requirement was for the transport of palletized loads from heights exceeding 5 meters. The solution adopted was to design a car built around the packaging itself, perfectly shaped to the dimensions of the load, thereby ensuring maximum logistic efficiency and safety during handling operations.
